For the protection of your products in storage and transport boxes, in lattice boxes or on pallets, we have the right solution: POLY-NET® Spacer Grids provide the ideal distance, offering maximum protection and need minimal space.

POLY-NET® Spacer Grids

The direct contact between product parts will be prevented horizontally and vertically. The round strand grids are extremely flexible and adapt optimally to different structures. For heavy products, the flat strands provide reliable material protection. The impressive simplicity of the grid solution covers an enormous range of applications. We offer mesh sizes of approx. 1,5 x 1,5 mm – 19,0 x 19,0 mm and layer thicknesses of approx. 0,9 mm – 4,0 mm.

You can order POLY-NET® surface protection nets as bulk stock or accurately fitting cut pieces.

The yard goods ca be obtained at short notice, individual cuts within a few weeks.

POLY-NET® Washing Grids

POLY-NET® Washing Grids enable effective cleaning with optimum drying and provide ideal surface protection of the products during the industrial cleaning process. Depending on the cleaning system, you can choose between PP grids for aqueous cleaners and PA grids for chemical solvents. In this way, you combine enhanced cleaning processes and mechanical product protection. Surface protection has top priority in the cleaning and drying process. We offer mesh sizes of approx. 3,0 x 3,0 mm – 16,0 x 17,0 mm and layer thicknesses of approx. 1,6 mm – 5,0 mm.

The slip resistant POLY-NET® HighGrip Grids offer your products ideal grip and ensure the right spacing and protection against scratches. The grids are deployable for transport on pallets, crates and other loading equipment. POLY-NET® HighGrip can be delivered as rolls or customized cut-to-size-pieces.
